What you'll be doing
- Supporting production with builds, repairs & process improvements
- Driving continuous improvement & optimisation projects
- Troubleshooting issues and boosting operational efficiency
- Supporting NPI with tooling, trials & testing
- Creating Work Instructions & technical documentation
- Collaborating with Quality, Design & Ops teams
- Leading/supporting investigations & CAPA activity
What we're looking for
- Mechanical engineering grounding
- Strong problem‑solving mindset
- Experience in manufacturing or production engineering
- Positive, enthusiastic, team‑oriented attitude
- Someone who loves improving processes and getting hands‑on
